7-2-5: VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1983 Code § 9.08.040; amd. 2003 Code)
