5-3-12: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1983 Code § 8.48.170; amd. 2003 Code)
