5-1-2: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, firm, company, corporation or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1983 Code § 8.04.020; amd. 2003 Code)
