(A) There is hereby created the Local Industrial Development Authority for the City of Stanford and the county to be known as the “County Industrial Development Authority.”
(B) The Authority shall be constituted and shall operate in accordance with, and shall have all of the powers and functions provided by KRS 154.50-301 through 154.50-310, and other statutes or amendments thereto as may hereafter be enacted by the legislature of the commonwealth relating to such a local development authority.
