§ 155.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 155.001 through 155.012 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a minimum fine of $150 and a maximum of $500. Each day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 155.025 through 155.027 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a minimum fine of $150 and a maximum of $500. Each day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
