(A) The town’s Board of Trustees shall have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions of the town’s Tree Board or the Town Arborist.
(B) Any person may appeal any ruling or order the Tree Board or Town Arborist issues, to the town’s Board of Trustees, who will hear the matter as an agenda item at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees and render final decisions thereon.
(C) This review must be requested in writing within 15 days after said party receives notice of the needed maintenance or removal.
