§ 155.009 NEW TREE PLANTINGS AND OTHER VISUAL OBSTRUCTIONS.
   (A)   In order to insure proper visual capability at all intersections within the town, it shall be unlawful to plant any tree on any intersectional corner within the town, within the area described by the boundary lines between points A, B, C and D as shown in division (B) below, unless:
      (1)   Shrubs within such area shall be maintained at a height of 30 inches or less within these same parameters; and
      (2)   Single stemmed trees within such area shall have the lowest protruding branch and all foliage trimmed to a height of seven feet above the surrounding surface.
   (B)   Tree plantings and other obstructions sketch:
      (1)   A to B = 60 feet;
      (2)   A to C = 60 feet;
      (3)   Point A is the property corner; and
      (4)   Points B, C and D are on the flow line
   (C)   Shrubs planted next to any driveway within the town within a distance of 15 feet of any roadway shall be limited to the same 30-inch maximum height to avoid any visual obstruction.
   (D)   No cotton bearing cottonwood, silver leaf maple or box elder tree shall be planted within the town.
   (E)   No tree may be planted so as to obstruct any solar panels or satellite dishes in place on adjacent properties prior to the planting. Care should also be taken to avoid future property damage to adjacent properties resulting from trees planted too close to existing structures or property lines.
