APPLICATION FEES

§ 114.001 APPLICATION FEE.

   At the time of making an application for a franchise within the town, or at the time of applying for a renewal or transfer of an existing franchise, the franchisee shall make a partial payment of the franchise application fee to the town in the amount of $2,000.
