(A) No person shall engage in the business of electrical contracting in the corporate limits of the City without having first registered as an electrical contractor with the City as provided for in Section 1468.04.
(B) No person shall engage in the trade of a journeyman electrician in the corporate limits of the City, without first having obtained a license as a journeyman electrician in accordance with the provisions of Section 1468.06.
