(A) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, except Section 1052.073, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(B) Violations of Section 1052.073 of this chapter shall cause the following actions to be taken by the Director:
(1) On the first violation, a notice of noncompliance with this section shall be posted on the recycling bin or on a regular garbage container, at the residential unit where the noncompliance occurs.
(2) On the second violation, there shall be a termination of all garbage services to the residential unit where the violation occurs with written notice of said termination to be delivered to the residential unit occupant by regular mail, or by posting such notice on the door of the residential unit.

(C) Any person who, in the application process for determining qualification for elderly/handicapped classification under Section 1052.03, intentionally provides false information for the purpose of qualifying under said classification, is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
