(A) The fee for collection, removal and disposal of garbage, refuse and recycling by the City or its contractor shall be as follows:
(1) A. Effective January 1, 2022 the garbage and refuse collection fee shall be twenty-one dollars sixty-one cents ($21.61) per month per dwelling unit for one and two-family residential dwellings; and,
B. Effective January 1, 2023 the garbage and refuse collection fee shall be twenty-three dollars thirty-six cents ($23.36) per month per dwelling unit for one and two-family residential dwellings; and,
C. Effective January 1, 2024 the garbage and refuse collection fee shall be twenty-four dollars eighty-six cents ($24.86) per month per dwelling unit for one and two-family residential dwellings; and,
(2) Sixteen dollars ($16.00) per cubic yard for excess material of more than three cubic yards for one and two-family residential dwellings, per dwelling unit.
(b) All fees shall be payable monthly at the conclusion of the period for which service has been rendered in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Director of Utilities.
