Any person engaged in the business of operating one or more taxicabs, as defined in Section 852.01, shall pay the annual license fees required by Sections 852.02 and 852.03 of the Codified Ordinances of Lima, Ohio and shall comply with all of the provisions of this chapter and all other ordinances pertaining to the regulation of taxicabs.
When licenses are issued for taxicab operation after August 1 of any year, the fee shall be one-half the annual fee. All licenses shall expire on the next January 31st, after issuance.
