Any person engaged in the business of operating taxicabs, automobiles or other vehicles for the transportation of persons for hire shall pay an annual license fee as specified in Section 868.01. Such person shall comply with the terms of these Codified Ordinances and all ordinances pertaining to the regulations of taxicabs now or hereafter in effect.
