838.01 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this chapter:

   (A)   "Studio photographer" means any person maintaining a studio within the City for the purpose of taking photographs therein, for a consideration, personally or through his agents or employees, and any person maintaining in any one established place within the City complete studio equipment for the taking of photographs, for a consideration, including all finishing processes, whether such photographs are taken inside or outside of such place.

   (B)   "Itinerant photographer" means any person, his agent or employee, who solicits orders for photographs, photographic enlargements or photographic reproductions, but who does not maintain regularly and permanently a bona fide studio in the City for the taking, enlargement or reproduction of pictures or photographs.

838.02 ENGAGING IN BUSINESS ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

   No studio photographer or itinerant photographer shall take photographs or solicit orders therefor upon the public streets or sidewalks of the City.
