The duties of the Wrestling and Boxing Commission shall be to supervise all public wrestling and boxing exhibitions to be held in the City, to make and enforce rules and regulations governing such exhibitions, to provide for the prevention of any indecent, immoral and disorderly conduct, to provide for the preservation of peace and good order and to prevent any unnecessary noise and disturbance in connection therewith. Such rules and regulations shall further govern the area, condition and size of the rooms or buildings in which such exhibitions are to be held.
The members of the Commission shall have the right to attend all exhibitions, and it shall be the duty of at least one member of the Commission to be present at each such exhibition.
