(A) Except as otherwise provided herein, any owner or occupant violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not less than $25 nor more than $250, provided however, that the person violating this chapter may admit the violation before the Ligonier Ordinance Violation Bureau. In such cases a person will be fined a fine of $25 for the first offense, a fine of $50 for the second offense (as the term “second offense” is defined in § 36.01), and $100 for the third (as the term “third offense” is defined in § 36.01).
(B) In the event a person does not admit the violation with ten days of its occurrence in accordance with this section, or if a person shall deny the violation of the chapter, or if the violation is the fourth or subsequent violation, the violator will be prosecuted in the manner that ordinances are customarily enforced.
(C) Each day such violation is permitted to continue may be deemed a separate offense. In addition to any fine imposed herein, the offender shall be responsible for all costs of abatement including administrative fees, and attorney fees if applicable.
