§ 150.062 ADDITIONS, INSERTIONS AND CHANGES.

   The BOCA National Existing Structures Code is amended and revised in the following respects:

   (A)   Section ES-100.1 (page 1, second line): Civil City of Ligonier.

   (B)   Section E5-110.2 (page 8): The section shall be written so as to read as follows:

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this Code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fixed fine of $50. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Section ES-111.4 (page 9, second line): Insert 30 days.
