§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions set forth in § 96.01 and is found guilty hereof shall be liable for a fine of $25 and that each day that a violation continues, it shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   If any person, corporation or entity shall violate § 96.02, it shall be fined the sum of $25 for each and every violation thereof.

   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 96.03 and is found guilty hereof shall be liable for a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100, and that each day that a violation continues, shall constitute a separate offense.

   (E)   The person shall be fined in a sum not less than $10 nor more than $300, for each offense (described in § 96.30).
