In the event of storm damage to trees, the owner or occupant of the premises may provide for the disposal of the damage, or the owner or occupant of the premises shall:
(A) Cut the damaged limbs into sections of ten feet or less; and
(B) Remove the sections to the front yard of the premises and locate them immediately next to the street within two calendar days of the occurrence of the storm damage for removal by the City Street Department.
