§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   When any nuisance (as described in § 94.03) is shown to exist the City Police Department, by an officer thereof, shall have the duty of immediately notifying the person or persons permitting the nuisance to remove or abate the nuisance within 24 hours of the notice. In the event the nuisance is not abated within 24 hours after notice is given, the person or persons harboring the nuisance shall have committed an ordinance violation and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $300.

   (C)   Any owner or person violating the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.17 shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and be subject to a fine of not less than $10 or more than $300. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   A person in violation of §§ 94.30 through 94.38 shall be fined an amount of $100 for each day the violation continues or is permitted to continue for a first violation. A person who commits a second violation of §§ 94.30 through 94.38 within 365 days of the date of a prior violation shall be fined an amount of $250 for each day the violation continues or is permitted to continue. A person who commits a third or subsequent violation of §§ 94.30 through 94.38 within 365 days of the date of a prior violation shall be fined $500 for each day the violation continues or is permitted to continue.
   (E)   Any person found guilty of violating § 94.18 shall be fined a fine of $100 per day. Each day that § 94.18 is violated constitutes a separate violation thereof subject to an additional $100 per day.
