§ 94.38 ANIMAL CONTROL WORKER DEFINED.
   The term ANIMAL CONTROL WORKER shall include, but not be limited to, the City Code Enforcement officer and any person authorized by the City Board of Public Works and Safety to enforce the animal control ordinances of the city.
