§ 94.37 RETURN OF ANIMAL TO OWNER.
   Before any animal lawfully seized is returned to the owner of the animal, the owner shall provide evidence that the animal has received all required vaccinations, that the vaccinations are current, and that all taxes applicable to the animal have been paid.
