§ 94.32 ENCLOSURES TO BE KEPT IN SANCTUARY CONDITION.
   All enclosures for animals, whether kept inside or outdoors, and all other areas in which an animal is kept, whether in a pen, tied, tethered, hitched, leashed or enclosed by a fence, shall be kept in a sanitary condition. A person responsible for an animal shall regularly, or as often as necessary to prevent odor or health and sanitation problems, maintain the animal's area in a clean and sanitary condition.
