§ 51.038 PROHIBITED DISCHARGE POINTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, permit to be deposited, or discharged in any manner whatsoever, any substance into the city's sewer system at a point different than the user's building sewer connection to the city's sewer system.
