(A) A person who violates a provision of this chapter commits an ordinance violation.
(B) Upon judgment being entered against that person for the violation, that person shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500 per each separate and distinct violation plus applicable court costs.
(C) Each day a violation of this chapter continues shall be considered a separate and distinct violation of the ordinance for purposes of the assessment of a penalty.
