A. No sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages is permitted in any township building without the express written approval of the township supervisor.
B. Any person, firm or entity (the "user") that intends to sell, serve or deliver alcoholic beverages in a township facility, subject to approval of the township supervisor, shall first comply with all applicable requirements of the liquor control ordinance of the municipality or county having jurisdiction over township facility, including the provision of dramshop insurance. The township shall be an additional named insured on such policy of dramshop insurance. The user shall provide evidence that it has complied with these requirements not less than one business day prior to the scheduled event. (Ord. TO-2006-4, 4-11-2006)
