Any person desiring to use a township building for an event or activity involving the sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages shall submit an application for rental of the township facility on a form to be provided by the township. Such person shall provide such additional information as may be required by the township supervisor. The use of the township facility, if approved by the township supervisor, shall be strictly in conformance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement for the facility and any further requirements imposed by the township supervisor.
