It shall be unlawful for any person to litter, throw, toss, drop or push any of the materials mentioned in section 8-7-1 of this chapter from any car, truck, public conveyance, and/or other type of vehicle, either moving or standing still upon any street, alley or public parking lot, or any private premises.
