5-27-3: PERMANENT CARRYOUT FOOD AND BEVERAGE STRUCTURES:
   (A)   The applicant shall comply with the requirements for temporary carryout food and beverage structures as set forth in subsections 5-27-2(A) through (D) of this chapter. In addition, the applicant shall also provide the following:
      1.   Documentation of yearly health district approval.
      2.   State electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits and approvals.
      3.   The plan for provision of sanitary facilities for employees shall be accompanied by suitable documentation showing that the use of such facilities is nonrevocable for the life of the structure.
   (B)   The structure shall be permanently affixed to the ground in a manner as approved by the building official. (Ord. 1743, 7-16-2012)
