(a) The consumption, use, trafficing, sale, exchange, possession or other disposition of alcohol and/or drugs of abuse within the Village offices, the Clerk's office, or the Council chambers in the Town Hall, located at 112 South Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio, 45338, is prohibited.
(b) The smoking of or other use of tobacco or tobacco substances is prohibited during public meetings in the Town Hall Council Chambers.
(c) The Chairman of any public meeting, on their own initiative or at the request of any public official participating in a public meeting, may declare a ten minute recess of the public meeting to allow participants in the public meeting a "smoking break", so that "smokers" can have an opportunity to smoke outside of Council Chambers during such recess. The recesses shall occur no more frequently than one recess for every one and one half hour time interval.
(d) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
