183.04 EFFECTIVE DATE.

The annual tax levy herein enacted shall be effective and begin on January 1, 1993. The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized and shall certify a copy of this chapter to the registrar of motor vehicles and Preble County Auditor on or before July 1, 1992.
