(a) All full time and/or salaried employees of the Village are hereby required to live within the corporate limits of the Village or within the geographical limits of the Tri-County North Local School District.

(b) Such employees are granted a period of twelve months from the later of the date of their employment or at the date at the end of their probationary period to establish a residency within the Village or within the geographical limits of the Tri-County North Local School District. If such residency is not established as required by this section their employment will be terminated.

(c) This section does not apply to those persons employed in a professional capacity, or pursuant to other requirements of law, or to those employees classified as part-time.
