149.06 TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP.

Any member of the "LEU" may be terminated from membership in the event they are absent from three consecutive duly called "LEU" meetings without a valid excuse. This removal clause is in addition to other grounds for termination as may be provided in the "by-laws", the Ohio Revised Code, other Village ordinances and resolutions, or other applicable law.
