Council may authorize contracts with other political entities, such as townships, other villages or cities, counties, states, countries, or otherwise, as it may from time to time deem appropriate to provide for additional emergency victim care services for the Village or to allow the "LEU" to provide services for such other political entities. All current contracts with other political entities remain ratified.
