Council may purchase the vehicles, training costs, uniforms, clothing, and supplies needed for the successful operation of the "LEU", and may provide or erect necessary and suitable buildings containing rooms for vehicles, storage, and "LEU" activities, as are from time to time needed. Any training costs for Probationary Squad Members shall be repaid to the Village in the event such Probationary Squad Member does not become a Squad Member.
