144.01 PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY.

A Village Records Commission is hereby created and/or reestablished pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.39 and other applicable law, and its members, powers, duties, and functions shall be as described therein. Any Commission member may serve as a designee of any Village official for purposes of education or other training seminars mandated by Ohio law regarding public records.
