143.04 PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY.

Council herein directs the Municipal Manager to formulate and prescribe a public records availability policy for all Village offices, departments, boards, and official Village record keepers, and authorizes the Municipal Manager to amend it from time to time so that it complies with Ohio law.
