(a) The Municipal Manager shall be a salaried (with fringe benefits) position compensated under the terms established by Council by Contract, Ordinance, Resolution and/or Motion.
(b) Irrespective of the number of additional powers, duties, and functions given to the Municipal Manager, the Municipal Manager shall receive no compensation from the Village other than his salary and fringe benefits as Municipal Manager.
