(a) Whenever feasible, the Zoning Inspector and Planning Commission shall have applicants seeking a variance, conditional use permit, or rezoning of real estate in the Village to have such real estate placed under a fire inspection by the Lewisburg Fire Department.
(b) The purpose of the fire inspection shall be to give the Fire Department an opportunity to review the safety aspects of the proposed zoning change and transmit its recommendation to the Zoning Inspector and Planning Commission prior to their consideration of the zoning change.
(c) There shall be no fee charged to cover the cost of such inspections.
