The administrative officers of this organization shall be President, vice-president, secretary-treasurer, chaplain and their duties shall be as usually pertain to such offices. Names for the various offices shall be presented by a nominating committee at the November meeting and balloted upon at the December meeting. Such nominating committee is to be appointed at the October meeting by the President. The vice-president each year shall automatically assume the president's office for the ensuing year. The operation officers of this Department shall be a chief, two assistant chiefs, two captains, and four lieutenants.
