139.02 MEMBERSHIP.

Membership will be limited to thirty persons living in reasonable proximity to the Fire House. The Chief of the Department, with the advice of the Department membership, shall set boundary limits for residency that meet the needs of effective fire fighting and shall have the authority to amend the boundary limits as the needs of the Department demand.
