183.06 ADDITIONAL TAX PER R.C. 4504.171.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171, the Village hereby enacts, imposes, and levies an annual motor vehicle license tax of five dollars ($5.00) per motor vehicle within the municipal limits of said Village under all the rules, regulations, guidelines, exemptions, and other conditions of Ohio R.C. 4504.171 and other applicable law. Said annual motor vehicle license tax shall be an additional tax to all other taxes allowed by law.
