133.08 PUBLIC RECORDS REQUIRED TO BE KEPT AND REMAIN AT THE VILLAGE OFFICES.
   (a)   All public records required to be kept by the Fiscal Officer shall be located and remain at the Village Towne Hall Offices, unless Council directs them to be otherwise located in another off premises vault or other safe storage facility.
   (b)   The purpose of this section is to make sure that certain public records that are legally available for public review, are in fact readily available for public review, and that said public records are in a safe and secure location at all times. (Ord. 1999-17. Passed 10-7-99.)
