(a) Real estate owners and/or tenants and/or others desiring to make structural changes to real estate located in Lewisburg, Ohio, that fall within the guidelines of any applicable building code and/or other applicable law, including the Codified Ordinances of Lewisburg, Ohio, shall obtain a “Zoning Permit” prior to obtaining a building permit.
(b) “Zoning Permit” shall include all of the following:
(1) Certificates of Zoning Compliance for structural changes to be made in a properly zoned area.
(2) Zoning Amendments or Zoning Changes or Zoning Appeals.
(3) Zoning Variances.
(4) Zoning Conditional Uses.
(5) Subdivision Review.
(6) Temporary Use Permits.
(7) Sign or Wall Permits.
(8) Fence Permits.
(9) Swimming Pool Permits.
(10) Television Dish and Related Permits.
(11) Miscellaneous Permits not otherwise covered above or as Council may from time to time establish.
(c) Unless otherwise controlled by applicable ordinance, the Zoning Permit shall be issued by the Lewisburg Zoning Inspector upon appropriate application and satisfactory review. All applications must be accompanied by the appropriate fee contained in the Schedule of Fees for a Zoning Permit under subsection (d) hereof. The Schedule of Fees under subsection (d) hereof shall supercede any other fee contained in any other Ordinance or any other provision of the Codified Ordinances of Lewisburg, Ohio.
(d) A Schedule of Fees for a Zoning Permit is established as follows:

(e) The Zoning Inspector and Village Fiscal Officer shall annually account to Council all fees collected under this section (Ord. 2008-07. Passed 5-5-08.)
