(a) The Village shall have an annual inventory of its personal property assets on an annual basis. All departments must complete their inventory during January, so that a completed annual inventory file can be filed with the Fiscal Officer on or before January 31, of each calendar year.
(b) The annual inventory file shall be kept as a separate file from other annual inventories and shall be grouped and subdivided into department categories.
