Whenever Village of Lewisburg, Ohio, equipment and/or personnel respond to/for emergency action contemplated under Ohio R.C. 3745.13, the responsible party/wrongdoer shall pay the Village of Lewisburg, Ohio, a sum of money according to the most current special response cost summary approved by the Preble County Fire Chiefs’ Association that is on file with the Clerk of Council of the Village of Lewisburg, Ohio, and in addition shall pay to the Village of Lewisburg, Ohio, the replacement cost for all Village property damaged, destroyed or consumed at the scene of the emergency, if said property is not specifically listed on said cost summary.
