121.06 COMPENSATION; ATTENDANCE; QUORUM; MISCELLANEOUS.
   (a)   Compensation of Council members shall be established in regular budgetary enactments as Council from time to time deems appropriate.
   (b)   Quorums for meetings must be obtained within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start time for the meeting, unless the Mayor for good cause decides to allow an additional fifteen minute delay to obtain a quorum. In no event will any meeting be delayed for more than thirty minutes for purposes of obtaining a quorum.
   (c)   Meeting attendance for quorum purposes shall be established on the basis of the roll call.
   (d)   The form and style of Ordinances and Resolutions shall be determined and/or approved by the Director of Law.
   (e)   There shall be two Committees of Council known as “Ways and Means” and “Public Safety”, plus any additional Committees that Council may from time to time establish by motion. All Committees of Council shall consist of three voting Council members as appointed and approved by Council, one of which may be the Mayor, with each voting Council member serving a two-year term.
   (f)   Council may appoint liaisons from their own membership or from the citizens of the Village to attend meetings of other public bodies, community groups, or other entities for purposes of information exchange, communication, reporting or any other legal purpose.
