121.05 REGULAR MEETINGS.

The regular meetings of Council shall be the first and third Thursday of every calendar month at 7:00 p.m. Council, by motion, may reschedule any regular meeting. The first regular meeting in January of every calendar year shall also serve as an organizational meeting.
