137.03 PROTECTION OF VILLAGE OWNED REAL ESTATE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPALITY.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 715.50 and any other applicable law, as an additional means of police protection to the Preble County Sheriff’s Department, Village of Lewisburg police officers are herein authorized to provide police protection for and to Village of Lewisburg, Preble County, Ohio, owned real estate located outside the municipal corporate limits of said Village.
