105.07 TECHNICAL DEFECTS OR ERRORS.

No action taken by a public body at a public meeting regulated herein shall be invalid merely because of a technical defect, error or failure of said public body, the Village Clerk and/or Fiscal Officer, or any other Village Official in complying with the terms of this chapter or any other applicable law.
